Connect does not use one universal answer-review rule. Your instructor can decide what feedback appears, when it appears, and whether the correct response is visible after an attempt. Two students in different courses can therefore see different review screens for the same kind of assignment.
After submitting, start with the assignment results or gradebook entry. Look for Review, View Results, Feedback, or a score link. If the control is available, open it and move question by question to see which responses, explanations, or correct answers the instructor allowed Connect to show.
The most common reason is an instructor setting. Feedback may remain hidden until the due date, until all attempts are used, or permanently for an assessment. A quiz may show only the score while practice homework shows detailed explanations.
Read every message shown near the question before moving on. Connect may reveal a hint, explanation, changed score, or the correct response only after the final attempt. If the answer appears, write down the underlying rule or calculation rather than only the final word or number.
Treat the current prompt as new context. Wording, values, choices, or requested units may have changed. SolveX retry logic can use feedback that is actually visible on the page, but it cannot retrieve an answer that the course has chosen not to reveal.
If review is unavailable and you need to understand a missed concept, ask whether feedback will open later or request an explanation during office hours. Only the instructor controls the course's feedback policy and can confirm whether a hidden answer is intentional.
